  • The ManKind Project UK & Ireland

    The ManKind Project UK & Ireland is a charity who offer completely free Connection Groups online to get men talking, they are easy and approachable spaces with simple structures. They welcome men of any background.

    There are specific Connection Groups for Men who may feel safer for example in a Black and Brown men’s group, a rainbow group for gay, bisexual, trans, queer or questioning and non-cisgendered men, or if you are Irish, and want an Irish only group.

    They also offer weekends like their NWTA weekend, which are spaces for men to challenge their assumptions about masculinity and perhaps do some deeper work.

    Samaritans are a UK wide charity offering the opportunity to feel heard, to speak, and be seen. They believe every life matters.

    Their phone lines are open 24/7, and whilst they won’t offer you advice, they are a listening ear for when life gets too much.

    The resources on their website are numerous, and fantastic too.

    Andy’s Man Club is a suicide prevention charity for men. They offer both in-person and online sessions across the UK, they aim to de-stigmatise mental health for men and get them talking.

  • MenSpeak Men's Groups

    A not for profit community CIC. MenSpeak offers a range of regular sessions online for men to drop in, talk, be real, and engage as much as they wish to.

  • Cogwheel Counselling

    Cogwheel Counselling are another local Cambridge based charity offering affordable counselling to the community, and have been in Cambridge for over 35 years making a difference to our community!

    Their phone lines are available 10am-4pm on weekdays and offer a range of services to both adults and children.

    CCS are another Cambridge based counselling service, offering low-cost and private counselling to our community.

    They offer a wide range of services like low-cost and private adults, children’s and couples’s counselling, and more.

    A Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Specific Charity. They are a wonderful charity who offer mental health support and services with a helpline available from 11am-11pm.
